WILL THE DESIGN WASH OFF?
The professional textile (fabric) paints used are permanent on most fabrics and very flexible to prevent cracking. The design will be water resistant even on shoes but may show signs of normal wear and tear over time. Although your custom piece of art is typically durable, sealed for protection, and water resistant, it is important to take special care of your new item. Rhinestones are placed with permanent adhesive but may also break off with time or rough contact.
WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?
I create a custom payment link for your custom order and send it to you. You may pay with credit card, debit card, or through apps such as paypal, zelle, cashapp, venmo.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Since each item is custom designed and made to order, we do not offer returns or exchanges. It is important to know the exact size of shoe relative to the brand when placing a custom order, since some brands tend to have a specific fit (i.e. Vans and Converse fit more narrow, Dr. Martens fit more wide)
